To ensure you have the best possible stay, please keep the following information in mind: Noise and Consideration: While our building is generally quiet, please be mindful of noise levels, especially after 10 PM. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and avoid loud parties or gatherings. Beach Essentials: We provide beach towels. Sunscreen and other personal beach items are not provided, so please bring your own. Parking: Public Parking is available underground at a rate of $5 per hour (First hour for free) or $40 overnight, with guests responsible for covering the cost. Additionally, street parking is available at $1 per hour from 8 AM to 8 PM and is free after that. Public Transportation: The Big Blue Bus stops just a block away, providing easy access to greater Los Angeles. We're within walking distance of the Metro Expo Line for trips to Downtown LA. Allergy Information: While we deep clean between each guest, please note that this is not a pet-free building. If you have severe allergies, please let us know in advance. Temperature Control: The apartment has central air conditioning and heating. Instructions for the thermostat are provided in the welcome guide.
